About Good News Ministries
I praise God for this great opportunity to share my testimony and 37 years of ministry experience with you through this website.
I bring greetings from Persis, my only beloved wife for 30 years, my son Billy Judson, daughter Ruth Shirley, son-in-law Dr. Santosh and grand son Allen and also from the ministries Good News Baptist Church, the 100 coordinators and all the 2000 students of Good News Bible Training Colleges in India.
I was born in 1950 to God fearing parents at a small village, Marapaguntla, Andhra Pradesh, South India. I accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as my personal Savior at the age of 20, according to I John 1:9. I am committed to my call that entire India should know Christ. India should not perish because India is in the Bible. Esther 1:1. In the days of Ahasuerus reigned from India even unto Ethiopia. India is the second largest nation on the earth, with people speaking 14 major languages and many dialects. Its really sad to say that there are still millions of them, who never heard the name of Jesus at least once in their life. India contains more unreached people than any other nation in the world and worship 3000 million gods and goddesses.

| Through Gospel Literature |
| In obedience to Gods call, in 1971, I endeavored in taking the printed Gospel tracks house to house, street by street and village after village, systematically. Thus covering 3000 villages in Andhra Pradesh, Orissa and Andaman Nicobar Islands and it took me 15 long years. |

| Through Film Ministry |
| In 1986, the Lord inspired me with heavy burden to reach the millions of unreached perishing people through Gospel Films. 85 % people of the rural areas are illiterates, who can not read or write. With an announcement 100's of people used to come and watch the Gospel films and hear the message of salvation. I was able to create the awareness of Christ and do the in depth follow up work for those who sought to know more about Jesus, village by village. This has been practically proved to be very effective in reaching the unreached people groups. This ministry continued for 13 years. |

| Vision for Theological Education |
In 1999, the Spirit of God moved me about the need of equipping saints for the ministry, Eph 4 11- 12, that is, to provide theological training to lay men, employees, evangelists, church elders, church leaders and untrained Pastors aged between 30 to 85 years. These resource persons and productive mission workers are very informative to their own community and prominent persons in the house of God. In India, 90 % of the rural Pastors are untrained who never had been to a Bible College. We believe that character development is a legitimate concern towards the biblical perspective. This reflects in the word of God Acts 20 : 28 -30 as well as the urge that Saint Paul felt.
I felt, I had to write and urge you to content for the faith that was once for all entrusted to the saints. Jude 3.
The study program is designed for 1 to 5 years, evening college, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The study program is compiled by Pastor Vincent Sawyer, Faith Baptist Institute, Queens, New York. We started with 60 students at our church and the Lord blessed the College and the first batch of 60 graduates were committed and sent out to the mission fields. Subsequently, we have a very tremendous response from this kind of study program.
During the past 9 years, this program has recorded excellent and remarkable growth in the number of Colleges now being 100 and with 2115 students graduated by the end of 2007. By Gods grace all the local Churches are cooperating with us and sending their Church members and elders to study Gods word. Gradually, the methodology is been accepted by the main Churches and slowly spread to different Towns and Cities in India.

| Finances |
| We are totally independent and self supported. The money we raise from the students is nominal and sufficient for the colleges to run, as we do not want to make it for commercial purpose. My appeal to the Church, all these 37 years of my ministry I never thought of buying a piece of land to construct a Church or Bible College, till today. I myself do not have one inch of Land of my own or for the ministry on this earth. I had to depend on rental buildings and unable to pay the huge rents on time and faced various problems regularly.
Now, I realize that a building is also very important to guard the ministry for the next generation. This is my humble request and cry before the Lord and before His people, with my folded hands to extend your prayers and financial support to this needy ministry, which will be costing Rupees 4,80,00,000 (1.2 million dollars) approximately to set up the Church and office building to work more efficiently.
We are therefore setting our selves a goal of raising a total of $ 1,200,000 (1.2 million dollars). I do not know how long I live, but I have a desire to put strong foundation for the future ministry. I am now extending to you this wonderful opportunity to help us financially in the task of equipping saints for evangelism and Church planting through Good News Bible Training Colleges, India.
Together, we can make a powerful impact and influence on India for the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I Cor 15 :58.

CHRISTOLOGY

PNEUMATOLOGY
Personality and full deity of the Holy Spirit, Baptism of the Spirit, indwelling, sealing and anointing in the

Pre-millennia second coming of Christ, imminent pre-tribulational rapture of the Church,
